Forza1 Wellness Program

There's more to being an athlete than just showing up to practice so we're creating the space to explore holistic health. 

This wellness program will help build our youth into well rounded athletes from a holistic perspective. We'll be guiding them through the following topics:

  • Mindfulness - understanding the power of the brain through breathing exercises, meditation and yoga techniques while also recognizing stress and learning tools to manage it
  • Nutrition - learning the best way to fuel the body for performance 
  • Sleep - this is the base of all health!
  • Emotional Wellness - love yourself and foster a positive body image
  • Communication - verbal and nonverbal, how to be an effective player, leader and teammate

Coach Nicole Roueche will be leading the Wellness Program. She is a certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where she learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques and over 100 dietary theories.
